Ally Sheedy
American actress and writer Ally Sheedy has a net worth $4 million. Sheedy has built up her wealth by performing on stage as well as films and television shows in addition to being the author of the books "She was Nice to Mice" (1975) and "Yesterday I Saw the Sun Poems" (1991). Ally began her rise to fame as a young, mischievous girl who, along with computer nerd Matthew Broderick, almost triggers World War III in "WarGames" (1983). A few years later, she made two other memorable performances, including as an unpopular teenager who spends a day in detention in John Hughes classic "The Breakfast Club" and as a shrewd Gen-Xer in post-college drama "St. Elmo's Fire." Sheedy was awarded a place within the "Brat Pack" in 1980s. The group comprised actors of a young and wealthy background such as Judd Nelson, Emilio Estevez and Molly Ringwald. Sheedy also appeared as a misfit in John Hughes' masterpiece "The Breakfast Club", and a headstrong Gen-Xer in "St. Elmo's Fire." After a brief period of the absence of second-rate movies and TV shows Sheedy started to shine brightly in the Hollywood sky again, thanks to her award-winning portrayal of heroin addict and photographer Lucy Berliner in the independent movie "High Art" (1998).
